Governance Integrity Solutions (SA) Ltd. (GIS-SA) is a corporate governance consultancy and services company. It has built a corporate governance management software system called EnForm, which is accessible via the web and is aimed at helping corporations, pension funds, the public sector and non-profit organisations (NPOs) improve corporate governance.

GIS’ vision is to become a global supplier of corporate governance IT benchmarking products to all industry sectors in all regions.

To establish GIS as the leading branded supplier of governance tools for management internationally across all industry sectors.

Company Background

‘GIS (SA) has its origins in South Africa back in 2004. The shareholders and directors in the company represent in excess of 60 years in the field of corporate governance in the South African and international environment. They have authored published articles on various governance topics and delivered papers at national and international conferences and not only advise private and public entities, but countries on the the development of governance codes.

GIS (SA) is linked to its UK sister company GIS (UK) Ltd which has established a presence in the London financial markets since launching there in 2009.
